Return Policy
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, but unfortunately we do not accept any returns of the products once order is delivered.
However, in certain rare case or unfortunate scenario of quality issue with the product like expired , broken seal or receipt of damaged/different products, we can initiate an exchange order. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at admin@tapiwellness.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 124-125, Plot no 17/A, Opp. Gupta Industries, NH 48, Pipodara, Mangarol, Surat, Gujarat- 394110, India.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchange of products will be accepted within 7 days from delivery, only if the products are returned in sealed condition with the tags /labels intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
- Exchange / replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Tapi Wellness Private Limited.
- Any damages to the product due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- Once your exchange/replacement request has been accepted, the exchange / refund process will be completed within 15 business days, subject to picking & product inspection. (Tapi Wellness Private Limited)reserves the right to refuse exchange, should it be found that the product has been used.
- Special conditions for promotional offers may override this Exchange/ Returns Policy. The same would be clearly displayed along with such promotional offer.
- The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of such exchanged items.
- In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount by way of Net Banking, Credit card / Debit card or other payment options that the Company may provide.

We try our best to arrange the reverse pick-up from your address provided. However, in rare case you might have to courier the product to our address at: 124-125, Plot no 17/A, Opp. Gupta Industries, NH 48, Pipodara, Mangarol, Surat, Gujarat- 394110, India.
- In case of self-ship or courier, scanned copy of courier slip needs to be emailed to us within 7 business days of opening the exchange / return request.
- If a User has purchased products which form a part of a package of other products, or if the product forms a part of a promotional package (collectively, the “Bundled Package”), the user shall be required to return all the products that form a part of the Bundled Package to (Tapi Wellness Private Limited) to process exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation of an order
In case, you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with the customer care either through mail at admin@tapiwellness.com or telephone at 91-9825884200 within 24 hours of the placement of your order. You can also cancel your order before it is shipped by logging in to “Your Account” section.
In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, refund of any amount paid, will be processed to the source of payment, within 7-10 business days as per our Exchange / Return policies.
